Edited by Barry Boyce, with contributions from Thich Nhat Hanh, Jon Kabat-Zinn and others, the essence of The Mindfulness Revolution is in its practicality.
- Book: Mindfulness: A practical guide to finding peace in a frantic world by Prof Mark Williams and Dr Danny Penman. Simply the best book on mindfulness I've come across. There's an accompanying blog at FranticWorld.com
