Before you begin, find a quiet comfortable place and ensure you won't be disturbed.

Sit with your feet flat on the floor and your back straight.  Keeping your eyes open, lower them slightly to the floor, allowing them to become slightly unfocused. Before starting this exercise you will have to take a moment to identify how you are feeling. Just spend a moment to go inside and find the emotion and name it.
